I'm going to be doing top fed Rockwool and I'm wondering how I should configure my watering schedule around lights on and off

Generally speaking, watering/feeding is preferably done as early into lights on as possible to avoid excess RH in lights out. That being said, imo, with excellent air movement and dehumidification it can be done at your convenience. But I'm not a rockwool expert.

I typically stay at 70-75% RH with my humidity controller and have fans at the top and bottom of the tent running
