I am going to start some Mom's up in soil my question is do you water every day? Right now they are small so I have them under T-5 lights. They will eventually be under 1000W M.H. Thanks for any input.

I woud not water everyday unless the plant shows that it needs it. Seedlings should be given minimal water so the soil stays wet, but they don't drown. Container size is a factor too for how fast the pots dry out. If the plants are showing downturned leaves or are droopy, you have overwatered. Post some pictures of the plants/setup?

Let any plant you grow go dry before you water. Theres lots of tests all of them common sense and easy . Each plant will utilize their root space and grow at different stages so theres really not a formula , you will however develop your formula tailored to your plants.Good Luck
