Waterproof Led Light Strips Rgb And Whites

I didnt find a rgb light strip grow so I will try my own.
I plan on purchasing three types of led light strips.
Color changing RGBW (red,green,blue,white) strip that can change to any color selected with a remote. I will use blue for veg and red for flower with the white on during both.
I will get bright and warm white for the comparison grow.
This is just a dream as of right now but I will begin to get the things needed when I can. Following are the links to the light strips.

There is another thread that is using similar looking led light strips to grow, these are cheap, why not.

Have those lighting a countertop, not really bright enough to grow anything other than maybe starting seeds or rooting clones...
