Weird growth on bud in calyx

Anyone seen this before I’m almost positive it’s not a banana from herm (I’ve had some before) they are usually more pronounced and lighter in color. it’s like the calyx was split open or something idk looks weird figured I would see if anyone else has seen this before.

it's normal. you will likely see a ton more pistils be produced from that calyx soon. ime it's a genetic thing, some strains do that more than others. just eager beavers looking to procreate.
