Weird issues Ak48

I think I just have a bad plant because the rest of the kinds I have are fine. I have this ak48 & it's very slow at producing roots on clones. I treat it just like other 3 kinds which are doing good. I've been experimenting with jiffy cubes & cups of water on all plant clones. Ak48 doing bad in both ways, shows swelling but no roots yet while all others are at least showing good bumps if not rooted (water cups definitely slower than jiffy cubes). And today I looked in cups & ak48 is leaving mold stains on inside of cup but plants are now showing very beginnings of root bumps & are still alive. I changed water & cup, rinsed the clones real good & put them back.
Any ideas or suggestions?

Only have 1 clone rooted out of 6 on ak48, rest are 100%

some strains have varying requirements
re: climate conditions
particularly ppm/ec, ph & especially, moisture/humidity

whatcha dippin em in, besides?

i use clonex gel
natural honey
saliva
cinnamon
and if i had it- willow water
never have
light cycle?
i go 24/24
any who tell u roots only grow
during dark cycle
r ignorant
humans

next question: they're natural, inoculants

try minor tweaks, one thang at a time
til u find what works
lil ambiguous as to medium
besides cubes
perhaps I'm misspeaking

freaked me out
likely won't b back

Clonex gel (used Olivia's before but this is ok too).
I have no proper instruments for par or ppm or anything (I'm using past experience with diesel/chem on these new different plants so I may end up buying meters because idk how much these new kinds can handle). Use simple drop solution for ph tests.
I've got them under 1000w led from kingplus in a 2x2 tent, fingers crossed cuz I have no experience with leds at all
