Weird leaf growth week 5

I'm on the 5th week of flower with 3 skunk hero X afgan kush by ethos. This is my very first grow.
One plant always grew different than the rest, but now it's growing weird ugly leaves at the top of the buds. Is something wrong or is this a trait of the strain that the other two didn't get as much? That first photo she got burnt from the light since she stretched too much too quickly.

The 4th is from one of the other plants for reference.

To close to your light the leaf margins are curving up .

Yeah I wish I had room to go up, but I don't.

Is that causing the weird top growth?
