Seems like light stress with that curling of the the leaves.
But those horrendous lights you have make it quite difficult to make sense of anything : = )
How's your hanging height, and do you supplement air into those hydrobuckets? Watch water level inside the bucket to ensure not drowing the plant. Is the plant droopy? First grow buddy?
And have you grown with ph perfect line before? I've messed around with that stuff for a whille now, and after an email or two, they've actually given me some pointers which has improved my growing game in hydro.
