Weird leaves growing leaves help!

Hi, I am trying to understand why my plant looks so weird. I used a different distributor for seeds, so Im assuming thats why. Leaves are growing on top of each other and the leaves also have a weird texture.

I'd say genetic mutation. I had one do similar. The main ended up merging with a fan leaf after awhile. It was shooting fans out on top of another and I just tossed it. Had the krinkled leaf texture too.

Don’t get to crazy killing it off, OGKB, SourD, does the same. Have seen it in some fem releases as well.
