So there's a few new males I'm watching.I'm actually testing an old myth that if you throw a male into a room full of females in the last 2 weeks, the gals are supposed to spruce themselves up all pretty like.
The males are showing sex,but only 3 days in.they should be stacking, but not be dropping pollen, until everything is down.
This would be interesting to find out :) let us know!

I keep hearing about rot. root rot, stem rot, bud rot.

What causes it?
Does it simply have to do with the wet dry cycling of the soil, %Rh,
And how can I avoid it.

I haven't had it occur. But if there's a simple solution to avoid any of it I'd like to know.
too much water splashing on your stem, stem rot.water your roots too much, stem rot.too much rh and spiking humidity turns to budrot.heat, dry air,and air movement will stop it.those spikes at lights on/off really throw people for a doozie every now and then

Mother nature fucked me proper this time the weather has been real bad it's been raining none stop then real hot the rh has been real hard to control kinda like pissing against the wind. But to help with prevention have plenty of air movement keep everything clean and watch the spikes when lights go off so a cheap hygrometer wouldn't do any harm they usually have a max and min hope this helps Bro

Not getting rid of the run off is a prime for root rot too :)

Hey don't fret.

Multiple opinions from different people is great.

Everyone looks at things different.

And everyone chooses different words/ways to explain with.

So the more opinions from more people. The broader the amount of people reading this thread that will potentially understand.

An old hippie dude about 20 year ago said something about introducing some male pollen makes the plants go mental looking for pollen will be interesting to see what u find :)
there is some research out there somewhere that indicates that evenin the plant world that they do have a way to pick up and put out pheromones. I will bang around a bit to see if I can find the paper and post it up. Was damn interesting. I always thought the sense of smell with male/female was reserved to the genus of mammals.
