After months of looking after your plants, harvest day finally arrives. There’s still drying to get through, with temperature, humidity, and airflow to keep an eye on. Then there’s trimming: some growers do it straight after harvest while the flowers are fresh, while others wait until they’re dry.
Scissors ready, you settle into a comfortable seat with your flowers in front of you. It’s satisfying to see the finished buds taking shape, even if it takes longer than you expected.
But how much difference does trimming make when it’s finally time to enjoy your harvest?
Have you tried wet trimming, dry trimming, or both? What made you choose your approach, and were you happy with the taste?
Did trimming your last harvest take longer than you expected? Would you leave a few more leaves next time to save time, or is a carefully trimmed finish worth the effort?
