Help me my room isn’t hot and my lights are at least 25 away

I'd day overwatered and vpd is off.
In early veg your humidity should be higher at that temp.

I don't go by that chart in mid to late flower I try to keep the humidity as close to 50% as I can get it but it never gets there.

Your plants look fine, my flower space is in the 25's, and when the sun is out it climbs into the 80's, so I wouldn't worry about it.
