Noobie here.

Plant is now 7” tall, appears healthy. Light is 18on / 6off, tops of plants 14” from light. Humidity 43% and temp 72. Water 2x per week, started worm casings and food.

What do I do now? Wait? When can I cut it to turn into a bush?

Thanks!

it's already flowering ...

if it's an autoflower there's not much you can do now will be bonsaï/dwarf probably better to start over and pop another seed

if it's a photoperiod switch your light shcedule back to 16/8 18/6 or 20/4 so it reveg.

how old is that plant ? it's very small for starting to flower ...

I had this happen to me. I got an auto flower and it wasn’t supposed to be. Granted the seller gave me free seeds with a wink after I said nooo on the auto. Thing flowered in the solo cup. It produced one big cola.

also that's not how 8 weeks old auto should look, they should be much bigger after 8 weeks.

this is 7 weeks old plant since germination 40cm 50cm tall and that's a rather short strain.

Was it good?

Another victim of the auto hype! Nothing to be ashamed of! You have lots of company! Stick with photos till you know what you’re doing! And don’t give up!😄

With photoperiods you make the call on when to flower them! Autos flower on their own! If that plant was a photo, you could continue to grow it to a decent size, and then flower it! Gives you a lot more control over the grow! And time to learn!

Thank you for the explanation, I appreciate it! First time grower 40+ year enjoyer.

I have these 3 seeds on deck….think they’re auto flowering as well. What strain would you recommend for ease!

I’m thinking you need to stick with feminized photos to get yourself to the next level. In my opinion, the strain probably doesn’t matter as much! Maybe a 50-50 hybrid, or an Indica leaning strain. I don’t think it’s that important because you will have complete control over it! Get on the web, and do some reading! And there are a lot of people here to help you! Including the fellows up above!
