What’s everyone’s thoughts on defoliation

Way past that time line now bud in the 4th week of flower I’ve decided to just let her be this time gunna experiment next time thanx so much for your input though

Edited my above post, you can defoliate late in flower if you want to experiment with it, I didnt notice any difference and even think it hurt my yields, but some swear by it so might work for you

I flipped a week ago, small defoliation some lst, and plenty love, these plants haven’t fukin BOOM in the last 7/9 days any advice or just let them be? Advice would b great

This run I topped my girls a foot then put the plant into a 1 ft. tall plant stand and continued the grow to now, week 11 for harvest 1 1/2 week after topping. R&D is your friend.
