you can probably make hash from it,, probably won’t be like you remembered though what’s that? black hash, blonde etc,.
i like all hash, i prefer the dry sifting as i enjoy doing the sifting, can stop anytime, listen to cds, smoke/coffee breaks,.. etc hahaha

You got me going way back, it was darker though. You could pack it in a pipe if you wanted. I remember the squares were 20 a gram way way back. It would get you as high as a kite in a hurricane 😆. Looks nothing like dabs, those are good but a rosin press is too much of an investment currently so I am looking elsewhere for the hashish. I think years ago I used heat and a rolling pin to make some to do hot knives. I have pressed rosin as well before a few times to varying degrees of success. What methos do you recommend when using trim?

Can’t wait to see how that cali blues does for you! if it has growth rates like the freak pheno I got she’s gunna be one big girl! And the blueberry, is outstanding on it. Got all mine hangin now, but I spotted one the freak clones in the wild when I went over to smoke out my neighbor for his birthday 🤣

He just jammed it into his new veggie garden I went over and topped it for him but yours is a monster already 👊👊

I’m really intrigued with the mystery plot 🤣

Since this I basically the resident hash thread, does anyone know if o can use dry sift in a puffco or will it ruin it? I've only used rosin and live resin in it. Have a good day guys ✌️

I messed around with my plenty! I don’t know how puff Co. works. Full melt just made a hell of a mess. Had to disassemble and clean! The dirtier stuff that just chars worked OK when put in on top of some weed. If a puff Co. handle stuff that liquefies, it may work! Plentys Don’t! L O L

My favorite way to smoke hash was was to fill a volcano chamber about half way up with kief, busted up hash on top. set to 390

In a plenty, yea, thats a dry herb thing innit? full melt wouldnt be a great idea.


The puffco is an electric wax nail right? if it's a full melt itll prob work ok but need to be cleaned afterward. I wouldnt try dry sift in it.

Dry sift would work great in a plenty, and full melt would work ok in a Puff Co, but not the other way around lol.

If you have sift or keif use a dry herb vape is my 2 cents. Or if your hash is a bit older and hardened, itll bust up for a dry herb vape very nicely too. Even ancient flavorless hash thats mostly CBN will surprise you in a dry herb vape.

As far as I know anything, put through a screen is dry sift! Just different grades of dry sift! From the purest, Full melt. To the lesser grades, which contain more contaminants! That is all determined by your cleaning! Or lack of!

whenever i made dry sift, was usually with bud i had seeded, and i just keifed it at 100-120 microns for volcano vape material lol. Full melt it definitely never was lmao. i missed some on both ends usually, but with fully seeded bud i wasnt too concerned. I never even press dry sift personally lol.


I forget/was not aware that other people dry sift these days for reasons other then preventing destruction of seeds lmao. If dry sift was being made around me back in KC or by me, it was just to prevent destruction of seed. It's the only reason ive ever felt it necessary to run dry sift personally. Definitely making assumptions i guess lol. After the sifting seeds would be separated and the remaining resins extracted for edibles.


If im talking about dry sift, im really just talking about screened kief. i guess if im back on the forums i should re-up my vocabulary a bit.



@cannafarmer420 it would depend entirely on the consistency of your material. if it melts itll work, but youll need to clean it out between bowls, if it cherries, itll need to be a dry herb vape to work properly. That's the important info here.
