Would you mind sharing in some detail your process ? Such as what you’d washing with ? Micron filters? I like the settling process , how are ya separating ?making some oil out of weed pucks squeezed for rosin, oil for edibles..

i can tell you that, that resin that made that hash was cured/stored for a year or more.. or the hash itself, but resin has definitely been left to dry/cure for 6 months plus..Would you mind sharing in some detail your process ? cool dark and dry .. if you use the fridge/freeze, let it cool down to room temp before removing, the thought being, keeping moisture from getting in contact with the resin,And its been just sitting in the corner of a hut.
I'm wanting to try hot pressing bricks. How long and where is a good place to store the keif? Fringe, freezer, room temp,in the dark, or does it really matter?

I believe the oil is an example of the oil he produces. Somewhere in a post, old school "honey " oil was brought up. If that was in a 5ml vial that would be exactly what it looked like. I remember it costing $65.00 which was quite a premium.Lol I wish I could just get my hands on that shit! Lol let alone make it!
I was referring to your oil process ? End product looks so clean . Doesn’t appear to be your basic quick wash? I heard ya mention letting liquid settle?
The pucks I just trashed a couple ounces my self - I would love to try and retrieve any remaining trichs left ! I’m sure there In There as I don’t double press -
in the end I’m intersted in learning to refine can I is into quality concentrates - and looks like you got it goin on up there! Lol from dry sift to oil looks like you produce quality stuff any time ur will to post processes I’m in ! I just have a little trouble fillin in the blanks.

from the “pucks”, idiot here didn’t count how many i had, i’d guess 30?.. anyways i got 8 grams, 4x2 ml containers, so is it worth it?
i actually tried some on a paper to smoke and this stuff was ok, the last stuff i couldn’t even inhale! haha, these i’ll put into the freezer and when i want one i just pop it out of the container and swallow it.. i think 1.5 ml is probably a good amount to take.
Yep basically is a qwiso with a little more filtering thanks for sharingmy method for making the oil is the same for any weed i’m using.
ok so
isopropyl in the freezer
weed in the freezer
take out frozen weed break up into smaller pieces, (breaking up fan leaves etc only will release chlorophyll and plant waxes quicker, small buds etc won’t)
put back in freezer.
once everything is cold.
take out and pour isopropyl to about inch or two above the weed,
close jar, shake vigorously, i’d say 5 min, it’s tiring you can stop or go slow for a bit, but try to just keep shaking it.
after 5 min pour out into a large bowl/jar?
through a strainer.
take that mix and pour it through a jar with cheese cloth folded six seven times to help filter “bigger” pieces. than i let that settle in the jar for 6-10 hours in the fridge, than have another jar ready with, 3 coffee filters together to pour that mix through again. try to pour slowly to keep out the sediment and to do less filterings, once your done filtering take your mix pour into a rice cooker and cook off the iso, a few other steps here but that’s basically it..
so Hash,honey,cherry.. oil is essentially the same thing, which means when using say isopropyl the first thing it removes is trichomes, hence hash, the longer the mix stays together the more the isopropyl will remove chlorophyll and plant waxes etc.
so if you want that old green/brown weed oil, than no need to freeze stuff and just let the iso stay mixed with the weed for a couple hours, if you want hash oil, than freeze everything and do a quick wash, qwiso, no more than 10 min max.
i never go more than 5 min..
so your weed, filters and stuff from cleaning up smells like iso and going into the garbage, well rinse it in water to rid the iso smell, in case your worried.
