next piece is all 73 micron,. i was wrong about the plants used, this is from one uzbekistan and a bit of another uzbekistan,..

the 124 grams was i’d say 75% was 73 micron and 24% was 45 micron and 1% was 160 micron,.
the 100 grams piece was pure 73 micron,..

I wish kief shakers came with less microns, I only have 3 options and the 3 of them have 120-140 microns meshes. Good enough to make blonde hash but if you wanna do a second round starts getting too much plant material. I call the second pass the desperation pass and I have tons of trimms that still get me high but the microns dont help keep the plant material out. I was thinking about buying a mesh screen but I need to save some money first, expenses from the next grow already left me broke hashashash 😁 how many microns do you recommend considering I already have 120? I dont need top tier stuff but something that makes a noticeable better hash would be great. 73 maybe? That hash looks banger and really sticky.

so your bottom screen in the shaker is 120, so you collect what’s underneath that?
i would freeze the material first and only a few shakes than remove kief from bottom and than refreeze and try again until you notice colour change or more contaminate,,

Yes, thats exactly what I do but I also put a washed coin inside, greatly helps to get more faster. When the color yellow starts getting green I stop doing rounds unless I dont have anything else to smoke, thats the desperation jar with pulverized weed from freezing and shaking so much hahahaha. What mesh would you recommend for a mesh screen? I want something better than 120 but nothing too fancy, looks like your 73 microns hash is really sticky, might get me one of those.

well than you’ll have to decide,. bubble washing requires more preparation and more work though non of which is a problem,, dry sifting depending on how you go about it requires some skill and certain conditions though you can adjust your methods and still come out ahead,. bubble washing is pretty easy especially as i and others can help and guide you, dry sifting even with help you may still struggle to you get it on the right track, though even at worst with dry sifting if your kief don’t press and cleaning it is not working than your kief will be potent as plant material has been removed from it kinda thing,. ah i’m just blabbing on now, a few others are new to it on here like @Oldchucky and @cpurola could tell you how they feel about dry sifting,..
so with bubble bags a basic 5 bag all mesh set
220,160,120,73,45 microns,. dry sifting 4 screen set 250,165,149,75 microns

Im willing to learn how to make bubble hash, but usually I remove all the future buds that I dont wanna smoke. Now Im trying methods to grow stuff below the net, even the smallest buds, so I can gather them for kief but try to get the same or close results above the net, because otherwise I dont have much material to make bubble hash. Besides the bags and ice, do I need something else? This run I didnt remove any shitty bud sites so I have more material.

mmm kinda depends on how serious you want to be with it, at least a few 5 gallon pails, something to stir with,.
are you able to work in cold temperatures? you have a winter?
dry sifting might be better for you as i feel you love your buds,.
so this way just let your trimmings etc collect up till you have lots than prepare to do some sifting,. there might be some new products out there that might do a good job with less work from you.

You are right hahaha I love my buds way too much, plus you only smoke hash right? I would smoke hash every day if I had it but I would smoke more weed than hash because too much hash makes my asthma worse at night. Thank you! Im gonna take a look at dry sifting equipment and techniques since I dont think I have enough material to make bubble hash worth it like you said, Not for now at least.
