What’s going on with a buddies leaves?

A friend of mine has an auto flower plant about to be chopped down and his leaves are looking a bit rough... why?

Some tip burn for sure but the white spots...idk 🕷

The white spots look like a potential spider mite problem. Check the underside of the leaves very closely with a magnifier. How many leaves have this? Did it have the same colorings since it has been growing, like variegation of the leaf?
