I’m having issues with my plant

Looks like spider mites damage, check under the spotted leaves for little white bugs with a magnifying glass or jewelers loupe.

I just looked closer and I can see two mites on the one leaf. Maybe aphids.

Get a few different remedies so you can alternate treatments. Green cleaner and flying skull nuke em are both really good. There's also a few diy remedies involving dish soap and alcohol floating around but I like to use them all and switch it up every week when infested.
