Here’s my best examples of LST. Just want to tie down branches to try and keep the canopy even so all bud sights get equal light. What nutes are you using?

I haven't seen mention of water type or PH...

What is your water source? Tap? RO? Natural spring? Toilet?
Have you been checking/adjusting your PH when you feed/water? What is your PH?
PH is usually 6.1 - Tap water with fertiliser and a ph solution as it’s usually a little high without

Yes, do you recommend a certain type ( eg scrog or just tying down)

also do you think it’s under watered?
I would lst autos by bending main stem down and retraining the resulting side branches horizontally.

With photos I usually fim and then scrog it.

Do you water until runoff and then hold back on watering until the pot is light? It's hard to tell from just pics but the soil doesn't look wet so it could be underwatered but both can cause droop.

back off with the nutrients your light is underpowered so they stretched a shit ton and they seem to be burning from overfertilization now. also they are underwatered.

Engineering essentials has LST 90° bending plastics. I use them and they work great for autoflowers since they keep it small and bushy and add "bud points" which will maximize your yield
