What am i doing wrong?

I have a problem I have been growing with MG soil and MG nutes and FF Tiger bloom. Today I went and got some FF big bloom. The problem is I've been lookin my scope and it shows 25% amber and 50% milky but the plant is not done, the buds are small and doesn't look done. I have been growing for years and have no clue what is going on. I ruined one crop for picking early is sux
