What are my autos doing?

First ever run with autos and they are Purple Alaskan autos from seedsman. They are both the same age, 6 weeks and a day old from sprout. One is clearly in pre flower phase but the one I didn’t do any training to hasn’t sprouted nearly as many pistils. my question is what is the one on the right doing? (No training) I think they are stretching, gaining an inch a day. The first one, I topped around week 3 at the 5th node and is sitting around 12 inches tall with all the lst, I didn’t do anything to the other one because I wanted to see that big christmas tree top and that one is currently 15inches tall. I gave it its second round of veg nutes until I see the pompoms then I switch to flowering nutes. I feed once a week basically. But like I said my question is what is the one on the right doing? It’s just getting taller and taller. Do I need to be feeding bloom nutes now?
