I have had aphids, and sprayed a few weeks ago with Safer's End-All. It has soap and pyrethrins.

I hope it is not mold.

Get that under a scope, looks like it's possibly bug crap residue...can you remove it by scraping it off with a fingernail? my guess.

I'd focus on what appears superimposed on the surface of the leaves, the white oblong items near the top center of the first shot. Looks like if focused better could be some type mite. Now the black seems some sort of necrosis of the plant leaf itself...both likelihoods not good.
