I can’t tell if they’re *spider* mites, but I think they are mites of some sort. I brought some inside from working outdoors, so I used GrowSafe—2 generous treatments and they’re virtually gone. A 3rd was recommended but I’m nearly ready to chop so I skipped it for now.^^above post is staff so probably a better opinion, I used this stuff on my outdoor plants when they had mites. Did applications over a week period and seems to have helped.
now I have caterpillars
I’m sure you have more experience with it than I do. I defer!!I think it looks like thrips, and their poop! Just two cents!
I have to caution you about that 50/50 mix of water and isopropyl. I sprayed my plants and within a couple hours they showed extensive leaf tissue damage. Just be careful. There was a guy here who got rid of mites on his indoor by spraying 50% water, and 50%, 99.9% iso mixture! But said you had to cover the medium! Roots don’t like it! Thrips aren’t a big deal! Mites are tougher! If you are in the southern hemisphere, it is spring time, so you’re probably in veg if you’re outdoors, so you can pretty much douse them at will! Give the Grow safe a Try also! Post a picture of the entire plant! Good luck!
I see thrips too. And what I thought was white furry mealybugs must be the thrip damage.I know there are thrips. I can see them! There might be mites! That’s a little tougher call! But the remedy is pretty much, the same for both! Hope he’s not indoors!
Words to live by!Probably just better to spray a small portion and see if it’s going to damage them first! Instead of going all in!
That's what I use. It's good. Just be sure to spray the underside of the leaves. I use a pump sprayer with a nozzle that can be turned up.just ordered growsafe.
Yes. It should.do you guys think the plant will recover, leaves etc.
What he said, I used it three times in early flower and they’re okay so far. That's what I use. It's good. Just be sure to spray the underside of the leaves. I use a pump sprayer with a nozzle that can be turned up.
Yes. It should.
Customer service recommended that I spray “copious amounts” (in bold text) when I had a question. So I did. It’s one of the few good options for mites when in late flower. That's what I use. It's good. Just be sure to spray the underside of the leaves. I use a pump sprayer with a nozzle that can be turned up.
Yes. It should.
