What are these trichomes saying?

Hi folks,

Been growing for three years and I’ve only just got myself a microscope! Madness. Anyway, I’ve put it to use right away and here are the pics of my latest GSC grow. I’d say nearly all trichomes are cloudy and about 5% are amber. I don’t want a very heavy narcotic smoke so I don’t want it too ripe! Also happy to wait if the general consensus is that’s she’s not ready. Thoughts anyone? I’d really appreciate the feedback.
