I like it. Good music is good music. I've been to a ton of shows Sabbath, Metallica, Rage, Zombie, Tool, etc. etc. most multiple times. But I rarely miss a Dwight Yoakam show.

I like it. Good music is good music. I've been to a ton of shows Sabbath, Metallica, Rage, Zombie, Tool, etc. etc. most multiple times. But I rarely miss a Dwight Yoakam show.

ya, I notice as I grew older and was exposed to different genres I found I had had tunnel vision a lot of my younger years and have come to really love a lot more music than just the devil rock and metal I grew up with. Good story here is its never to late to open and expand the mind. Love Dwight BTW

My wife has been part of my conversion, many years ago I took her to a Metallica concert, she in turn took me to my 1st country show which was Garth Brooks. I went to that show secretly knowing I was as a devoted metalhead thinking I was gonna hate the experience, boy was I ever wrong. :D He put on an amazing show. :cool:

I have found in my country leanings I seem to gravitate more towards the real life struggles and outlaw country sound than the gussied up pretty Nashville stuff that drowns the airwaves. Guess its my life in covert cannabis ops that fuel that eh??? Rebel at heart
