I thought his name looked familiar. My boss gave me an album of his as a gift a while back. This was my favorite off the album.Tell me what you fellas think of this dude. Keep in mind this comes from a person who has been a lifetime into rock n roll and metal. Been there done the mosh pits etc.
I was stoned out and in a certain mindset and my ole lady turned me on to this dude.
The soulfulness and intent of his lyrics and sound and I was like wow. I
m being converted from a metalhead to a coalminer singalong.
Check him out tell me what you think or if you can relate.
Don't have t be a coalminer to understand hard times!!!!!
I like it. Good music is good music. I've been to a ton of shows Sabbath, Metallica, Rage, Zombie, Tool, etc. etc. most multiple times. But I rarely miss a Dwight Yoakam show.Tell me what you fellas think of this dude. Keep in mind this comes from a person who has been a lifetime into rock n roll and metal. Very nice. Something about his soulfulness that is easy to connect to.I thought his name looked familiar. My boss gave me an album of his as a gift a while back. This was my favorite off the album.
ya, I notice as I grew older and was exposed to different genres I found I had had tunnel vision a lot of my younger years and have come to really love a lot more music than just the devil rock and metal I grew up with. Good story here is its never to late to open and expand the mind. Love Dwight BTWI like it. Good music is good music.
