This tune had me in tears today. Reminds me of my daughters struggle with drugs. For those that dont know this song is about heroin addiction.

A stream, a motion
Lifting matter through the bonds
Sentience of knowledge
Healing the scars of innocence
I rationally straighten the surroundings, theorise the randomness
Scraping the surface, infinite bandings are exposed
Hypnotised by the vertigiousness of things to come
I break the ropes of whiteness out and burst into buds
Getting closer to a well-defined path
A chess-like game where all pieces are mine
Buds, sprouts
Boundless in cognition
Escalating the tower of Babel
The coiled design mesmerises me
Am I taking this for the promised land?
Bemused by this opportunity
The fragile balance is lost
Too soon to dive in, too late to scarper
I glimpse the agressive vastness of this mental fluctuation
Essence is corrupted by vice emanating out of knowledge
And that unbeatable volition of tasting to ultimate perfection collapses
Magnifying the shadow of failure toward the ramparts of sageness
Now is the moment where my reign begins.

I got ya man, I really don't hear any Tool in it but to each his own. Uneven structure is all about atmosphere created and the super down tuned off-time signature riffs that bounce back and forth between both guitarists. These are popular to the modern progressive metal and "djent" styles. Tool is really not as complex in my opinion- or even in the same genre of music for that matter.@dpoison 2

Awesome music to listen to stoned:) Well written proggy, jazzy metal. And this band is unsigned...pretty insane considering what IS produced in the music industry nowadays

@CBDEMON I just listened to a small piece last night, but when I revisited it today this sound really grew on me. Of course the blunt I smoked added to the experience. Nice find.
