Outlaws and GG and HT...man.. flashbacks from high school and toking up in my buddys basement with 8 or so guys and gals. It was ritual to meet there at 3:45 right after school. Gimme a time machine and send me back there.

Kolah talking about the visuals/memories the John Fogerty video (I linked in another thread) brought him made me think of this video and this event.... and the multiple mentions that folks had never heard that Fogerty tune made me think you guys should hear/might enjoy/might not have heard this one as well....

It was one of those times in your life where you'll never forget where you were....

David Crosby If I could only remember my name
One of the all time great albums, everybodys on this, Garcia, Kanter Slick, Neil, Stills, Nash.
Also one of the best vynal recordings ever.....
David was in the thrones of addiction during this recording session.
All his friends got together on this album to try to keep him away from drugs.
He fianlly sobered up and now is doing well.

oh man I like his version, Waayne...an oldie. kinda punk. Reminds me a bit of early Goo Goo Dolls. We used to flock to a punk bar called The Continental in Buffalo NY to see the Goo. The Goo were just fresh from playing out of garages and I knew that had something special. Johnny Rez and Robby were maybe 20 years old.

I started Travis picking on my Fender flat top about a year ago. This dude inspired it. (along with Tommy Emannuel)

Music could save your soul. :) and what is it? Mere vibrations and frequencies.
