This may be answered somewhere but I couldn’t find anything. This started after I got a new light. I also found this plant pretty dry when this started which was odd. Soil is FF Ocean Forest. I haven’t started any nutrients because I’m slightly intimidated by the amount of different info I found.
Also, I have occasionally seen a gnat in my tent but I spray an essential oil mix around the sides and they seem to go away.

Classic signs of Magnesium deficiency, You need to study up on PH and figure out if it's locked out or if the soil deficient. No use adding cal mag if the PH is out of wack and the plant is locked out. PH must be 6-7 .

Fox farms soils do not require pH'd water. I grew with tap water more than once.
Nor at this point does she need to worry about testing runoff and the things newbs consider complicated that many just throw out with a resolution.
I would start your feed shedule following one of the fox farms schedules [ like I did 😲 ] and add about 1 tablespoon of unscented epsom salts per gallon to the mix.
The plant also looks dry..
Do you have control over the RH in your grow space?

I used the following; Big Bloom, Grow Big and Wholly Mackerel in veg. I went heavy with the Wholly mackerel. All liquids.
For flower I used the last three; Open Sesame,Beastie Bloomz and Cha Ching. All dry powders.
Start a grow log so others can help you along the whole grow. 🤷‍♂️
Not a lot of love for Fox Farms here. Many go organic which is more advanced IMO.

That seems to only be on certain leaves (maybe under the centre of your light were the light is strongest). Could be when your spraying your plants the droplets of water are magnifying the light and burning the leaves. Try spraying just before lights off. And if you spray when your lights are on turn them right down or lift them high as you can. You do need mg though thats why your getting all that stripe effect on your leaves.

Can you show a pic of the whole plant?

Could be an Mg problem, could be light burn, but a pic of the whole plant would help clear it up.

This is it but I’ve just realized I was dumb and used some string to tie it down and the string broke off the top of the plant. FML. This is a learning experience. But some of the leaves on the part leftover had a few spots.
I really feel like crap about the top. What an arse I am. 🙄

Shows what I know then. I thought FF was organic. Ok. I’m showing my newbiness. I will do more research! Thank you!!

Thank you!! I appreciate the help!

If your looking for affordable and easy. Go to your hardware store and get this.

Get 12-6 -6 for Veg works great. Keep the PH of your water 6-7 and give your plant some minerals.
I take fresh wood ash and mix 5 water to 1 wood ash. Mix well. Let the solution settle or run it threw a coffee filter.
Add 1/4 cup of solution pr liter of water once a week. This is an all around great mineral supplement solution and it will not change your ph. Or you can folier spray the plant with ash water solution 1/4 cup pr gallon of water. Soak the plant top to bottom once a week and it will help your plant big time.

The soil and some nutes are organic.
Some of their preferred nutes are synthetic.
I found synthetic easier as I was not able to know completely ahead of time what the plant needed.
Synthetic feeds are quicker in absorption and more easily applied when needed, especially if you find out late which is what deficiency is...
Organic feeds need to be incorporated into soil often to last the month with monthly additional top feed and up potting with new soil and amendments for the next cycle of grow.

Agreed. I feel I have more control over steering my plants then I would with amended soil. Nothing wrong with that style but all styles have their pros and cons.

How’s the drainage on your pots?

How are you water and how often?

It’s just one picture, but pots look wet. Are the pots drying out completely between watering?

If you don’t have run off is that because it’s not draining? Holes to small(?)

I’m guessing, but if you’re water a little, a lot, that’s a problem. You should water to runoff+. Then no water until the pots dry out.

I have plenty of holes in the pots, but I’ve never had runoff. Is that wrong?
Not wrong but runoff does signify that you've wet the media thoroughly for the most part. As @mancorn mentioned, you want the soil to dry back. These plants don't like sitting in wet soil. They prefer a media that is more damp than wet.

One of the ways you can figure out when it's time to water is the light pot method. Pick up your pots now that they are saturated and feel how heavy they are. Wait until the soil is dry, not parched, but dry and pick it up and feel how heavy it is. Once you feel the difference you'll know when it's time to water.

If you're looking for nute recommendations my base nutrients are General Hydroponics FloraNova Grow and FloraNova Bloom. Hormex, Cal/Mag and silicate for amendments.

That dont look too bad at all. If I was you I wouldn't wory too much and over complicate things. Most of the new growth looks heathy. Your little spoting looks like droplet burns. A bit of cal-mag (epson salts are good)and they should be fine. Not sure what type of lighting your using but plants tend to use abit more cal-mag under led lighting. It dont look like your plants suffering with other feed issues as they are nice and dark green. Good luck.
