Plants are 5 weeks old, feed general hydroponics nutrients, temps do not go above 82 F ppm for watering has been around 650. Humidity stays around 65- 70%
What could these markings be?

Tips and stripes. I'd turn down the light, and make sure you have enough magnesium in your mix.
