Open bulb no reflectors, tap water 170ppm and yes I use botanicare calmag 5ml/gal. Almost looks slimy

That is not a plant deficiency that I have ever seen. Been farmin' for a while.

Is it alive under the scope? Can you see spores or anything under 100x?

Kind of looks like lack of mg and K, but never seen it turn black like that?

The only other shot in the dark I got, is aphids. They leave a honeydew, that on occasion can turn black like that.......

I doubt it too, but that isn't due to a nutrient deficiency, IMO. However the purple stems are showing K levels off. The necrosis of the leafs look like a Mg deficiency. The black shit? You got me. Maybe aphids then? Their honeydew?
