What are your temps at? A 190cfm is real small for a 4x4. If the led is 800 actual watts, I'd be willing to bet its heat stress.

For reference I use a 4 inch 190cfm vivosun fan for my 1.5x1.5x3 tent. I use 400cfm for my 3x3 tents. A 4x4 might be able to get away with 400cfm but I highly doubt 190 is enough. Specially through a filter.

A bit more info should help.
Have you scoped for pests?
What's your tent temp?
What's your leaf temps?
What's your RH?

Have you scoped for pests? : Yes , only 2 out of 4 plants are showing this symptoms

What's your tent temp? 30 degree celcius with CO2 bag

What's your leaf temps? How do i measure the leaf temp?

What's your RH? 63

Should i move 1 oscillating fan to the light?

If you are exhausting air from the tent, your co2 does nothing. It exhausts faster than it is created. 30 isnt super high, but it's high enough for some strains to show heat stress, specially in low RH. Though your rh is fine.

Leaf temps are measured by using a laser thermometer, they are cheap online.

I don't think blowing around more air is going to help. I would go for a bigger exhaust fan. Hope this helps!
