What deficiency is this? Week 4 flower

what type of deficiency you guy think this is? I was having a nitrogen toxicity, cancel out grow and cal mag but still showing signs, I can reduce micro (5-0-1)???

Have you tested the pH of your runoff? Looks like that could be the issue
