Hi all.

So glad to have found the forum. Did my first small grow this year and now it's time to harvest my second one. First time around was ok but think I cut too early, eager beaver..... Can you tell from this if it looks milky enough?

It needs another week or 2 I’d say wait till the hairs shrivel into ya buds plenty of white hairs still pushing out to so it’s still bulking up👍

What's this? If you're having nitrogen deficiency it can slow things down as the plant takes nutes out of leaves and branches to feed the buds.

Would also keep an eye on some of the discoloration on the leaves there - could be normal at this stage of growth, but could also be a deficiency as Chairman has pointed out. Definitely give it another week and update then. We have a guide on harvesting here which might be useful! All the best.

I completely agree 👍, yer plants are still producing new buds. Let it ride! I prefer 20-40% Amber glands before cut down. I always boost Nitrogen right before harvest. I also change my light time to 13 on in the last week to "bulk" up before cut.

How do we quantify re veg triggers? I mean "light" is time, distance, diffusion, color, duration. It's been brought up a few times lately.

Reveg is tough, I have had more success with clone with a flowering plant. BritCoin is one such plant. Clone is more efficient than revegetation of a plant. Juss my stupid opinion btw.

Quite possibly. I'm learning all the time and haven't got to grips with nutes etc yet. To be honest I got 3 stages of supplements and got Chatgpt to do me a feeding plan, and yes it did it 😂. Need some tweeking etc. I'm also never quite sure if I'm going to kill the things.

Calmag certainly made a difference in the two grows so far. I'm kind of in the experimenting stage to see what works best. Three different substrates on the go at the moment.

I'm such an amateur though, I don't even know what strain it is. Planted a few and then kind of messed them up and had no idea. Lol.

We learn by failures. And we learn together, here.
Check out indoor grow diaries that others have posted. It will help u learn much faster.

First thing I'd do is pick a grow medium, and learn it before doing something else. Ya got too many irons in the fire, son.

Bud I came here from not growing for 20 years back when it was illegal and 9/11 was Tom Clancy shit.
NOTHING from that applies lol we are in the golden ages.
Watch everyone hate me saying this but STAY IN SOIL. At least for 10 grows.
IN YOUR SOIL add BONE MEAL which is slow supplemental CALCIUM
EPSOM SALT is MAGNESIUM = add a tblsp to water, Cal Mag the slow natural way.
Or.
Apply cal mag on schedule.
Chat GPT is fine because it's bitch basic advice, but never do anything without double checking other sources.
Read a book, seriously.
Here, this is free -----> https://archive.org/details/cannabisencyclop0000cerv

Haha I still read every book I can get my hand on. I've been hydro since the 90's an I still learn new shite
I enjoy reading about weed so I will too. Lots of my time is in hunting soviet nuclear incidents through the internet though so as you can imagine it's divided.

Have you read " Midnight in Chernobyl" by Adam Higgenbotham? Great book, scary shit.

Not that one but a few chernobyl books and some documents. I read more about Mayak even though there is less material; it's infinitely worse than Chernobyl if you can imagine. Almost fictional hellscape of a place.
