What do you do when you use dry amendments and plants get nutrient burn on it?

What do you do when you use dry amendments in the soil and you get nutrient burn or lockout? The nutrients are mixed in the soil. Do you ride it out and not mix as much in your soil then in the future or is there a way to fix it. I would rather not flush it if I do not need to do it.

I’d keep it wetter then normal if in veg, and use ph low water 5.5-5.8 , causes plants to feed out before she burns. Other then that flush if really bad or next go half that amendments
