Looks like a Calcium along with a Mag compound with a Nitrogen issue. These could be from Root problems, deficient, or PH lockout. Are you flowering?

Could be deficiency, but I have a feeling like most issues people bring up its due to improper watering

Yeah during flowering. The plant is green just here or there are leaves with some spots like that. Ill have to get pic when i get back to shop
