You don't want to use foliar sprays when there's buds on the plant. Moisture = mold. Give her a heavy watering aka flush and recheck. Once you push some of the excess salts out the pH should come up a little and allow better uptake.

Read the Google search on my post it lays out a good plan and also talks about how this gets started and how you can prevent it.flushing coco for salts is a process more than run water through it

The google search pretty much summarizes what we have been trying to address ... the main thing is when he reintroduces the nutrients after the flush, those nutrients should be at a ratio the plant expects at that phase of its cycle. Week 5 flowering means the plant is still using plenty of calcium (which likely caused the lockout in the first place) but also K and P is in high demands.

Started happening right around when I introduced the PK
that happened to me last time with 2 perfectly healthy plants, i gave them PK14/15 as well as my normal feed and i put it under a different light, the leaves curled inwards and i mistook it for light burn so i moved the light up and next feed gave more PK. they just froze up and stopped bout 3 weeks from final harvest day.

What was your conclusion? Did it happened again next harvest

Are you both using the same nutrient line?
