What is the best way to cure? I'm not to sure. I got this batch coming up and it's turned out nice. Now I want to cure it perfectly.

Put them in glass jars loosely packed leave a couple inches from the top and every day for a month rolll it or slightly shake the contents in the jar then take the lids off for 5 min. It's called burping your jars.you can leave it anywhere between 2 weeks up to 4 months, depending. I recommend a month.
