Help!! Why is my plant doing this. Is the hairs turning brown on the tops of the pistils normal in week 3-4 of flower?

It isn't unusual. Species and strains ripen differently. I'd say keep them healthy and let them grow. They have a month or so to go yet.

Sometimes the tips of the hairs browning early can be an indication of pollination are there any males around?
