I forgot to paste the link mb.Your problem is soil related. Lux is not a decent measure for grow lights because it is weighted on what the human eye sees. A light with more yellow than blue will have much higher lux even though the energy is the same. My lights with 660nm red barely show up on lux. She a pic of your light hitting the plant if you can
maybe only use a couple lights for now..this may help you
According to this, 35000 lux of florescent is just under 500ppfd which is almost flowering levels.

Iv been using this stuff for the past 6 growsI forgot to paste the link mb.
Check again.
The cups are saturated and have water running down the sides- clearly overwaterd. Next time, weigh the saturated cup. Then let it lose at least 1/3 weight before watering again. My cups weigh 270g wet. I water when they get to 170. 15k lux cfl for seedlings.is there no hope for recovery? I was being careful not to over water. I thought 35k lux was about right according to what Iv read.
+1It does sound like overwatering combined with too strong a light for early growth (which will shock them).
You're going to be much better off taking the lessons learned here in this thread and starting over. Cannabis is very sensitive to problems that occur in early stages, especially in the baby seedling stage as in this case. They very often will become stunted and never recover. I'm afraid that in trying to nurse this one in a protracted battle to try to bring it back, you may become jaded about growing. After 12 losses, you really need your next one to be a win.
might look saturated but I only mist the plants from above. then cover with a clear class to contain the. humidity. The cups are saturated and have water running down the sides- clearly overwaterd. so how do these plants grow in the wild with full sun even during early growth. It is a weed isnt it? They don't get pampered in the wild but. yet they survive.
That’s a problem. Plants don’t need to be misted, nor do they need to be covered.might look saturated but I only mist the plants from above. then cover with a clear class to contain the. humidity.
