Hey everybody.
New to hydroponics(dwc).Started a couple seeds (skunk autoflower). Both plants same conditions, only one showing problems, basically since the beginning.

What is it and how do i fix it

This one seems happy

I have a general idea, but need more info. Tell us everything.

Light- phantom pheno 440 at 40% intensity and 4' away

Nutes- general hydroponics 3 part at about 1/2-3/4 strength, cal/mag supplement.
Water from well treated with uv and filtered, comes out after adjusting ph to 5.8 ish, to about .3 EC.

-Air Temp stays at 72F all the time

-Res temps 68-70 at most

-RH probably a bit it low at 35-40%

*also starting to wonder if didn't prep rockwool cubes properly....too high ph in cubes?

Nah rockwool all comes ready to use now, looks like environment. Get the temp up closer to 78-80f. And if possible get the RH up a bit.

Also "strength" doesn't mean much, do you have ppm/ec numbers?

Thanks for reply,
Will bump up temp in room right away. EC of nutrient solution at about 1.5 (750 ppm) and 6.2ph currently.
If caused by environment wouldnt both plants be affected?
Also the affected plant stretched quite a lot compared to her sister when sprouting.

@Dirtbag is correct... get temps up to 78 min, keep an eye on your bucket temps as they may rise too. Get your humidity up too. I'd shoot for 60-65% but that's for my strains/room.

4' distance with a 440w led @ 40% probably isn't giving them enough light either. I'd slowly raise up the intensity, which should also increase your room temps a little. If I ran my 650w led light 4' from my canopy at 40% strength I'd probably be hitting around 200ppfd or less.

Once your plants perk up after you raise temps/humidity, will take a few day days to correct, I'd either lower my light or increase the intensity or a combo of both.

Just an update if anybody cares. Raised temp in room to 79. Got humidity up to 55. Lights a 60%. Bucket temps up to 75 now though. Gotta get that sorted quick. Plants have perked up and grown quite a bit for just a day or two. Problem with spots on older leaves still getting worse and starting to show on next set.

Her sister seems ok.

Give it more time. Keep it steady, I think it's coming around. Deficiencies won't repair themselves immediately, it's like bringing a ship around, make an adjustment and see where it settles before changing shit up again. I think you're on the right track.

The start of root rot? Or something else...
Res temps 76F

Moved air pump to outdoor air. Should help with bucket temps.

Could this be an issue. Need about 3-4 ml per 15L to bring ph down from above 9 to 5.5ish. Seems to raise ec a lot. Also burnt tips on all my leaves. Always.
Any thoughts?

are you running enzyme or Sterlite system? How often are you using ph down?
Deficient leaves won't get better, but look at the new growth and see how she is doing

3 part grow/micro/bloom
1ml/L Regen-a-root
1ml/L cal/mag (not every time)
Hygrozyme at 2ml/L
H²O² at .3ml/L (29%)
EC around 1-1.3 but .3 of that is basically from the ph down.
Only use the ph down when preparing res to bring water PH from 9ish to 5.5 ish. Was wondering if too much phosphorous causing lockout of other nutrients....like calcium?

All leaves go to this eventually. New growth twisty and deformed....
Also. There is black floaters in ph down container. Not sure if that's normal....
