What is the cause of these tiny yellow spots on some of the leaves on my plant?

I have that...fighting thrips. Look on underside of leaves for TINY white insect that jumps. The adults look different...bigger, dark...I have only seen pics of those. Could be something else but the treatment gets whatever it is. Hope not mites!!!

Looks like spider mites to me. I had the same issues on some larger fan leaves. I had to use Pyrethrin foggers (flea bombs) to get rid of them, since spraying the plants top and bottom wasn't a solution for me.
