What is the ideal kelvin for flowering ( led lights )

I’m in the process of purchasing some led lights. And I do have the option of 3000k, 3500k 4000k

Just use screw in led bulbs. They are cheap, they come in the right colors and their own heat sink.

2700 - 3000 for flower
4000 - 5000 for veg
