What is this brown funk?

Just noticed this brown scuzz appearing on my lower branches of my Critical Bilbo. Should I be concerned? Anyone know what it is and what the remedy may be? Thank you all in advance

looks like the leaf is showing signs of a calcium deficiency, those rusty coloured areas kinda in between the veins?
