What is this growing on stems?

Can anyone tell me what are there little black of brown like pods growing all over the stems

Can't tell real well as a bit blurry. Looks like some kind of scale bug. Have you removed one?
I would be checking into what that is as well.

They are egg sack, but to which pest. I have lady bud, bu they dont match their eggs I see online.
