What even is this!? Gradually getting worse, and seems like the buds just aren't fattening up like the plant beside of it of a different cultivar. Please help!!!!

240w viparspectra p2500 I think....set on 80-100%...like 18 to 20 inches away...24 hours of light autos

You are cooking them. Toasty! I’d kick that light back to 50~60% at that height……yikes.

Say, just so you know, a lot of the time with these newer units, I’ve had runs finish with the light 3ft above canopy on 70%. Some strains can take way more than others, but that when you gotta keep your eyes peeled. Totally salvageable, just be sure to remove those leaves that are dying back close to the flowers, don’t want to cause issues that way.
Download Photone if you can, or use an Oldschool 4 way soil probe. You can dial things into the goldilox zone a lot easier. Best of luck homie!

I have to agree with @Captspaulding , my last run I went from 75% to 100% for the last few weeks and I really should have left it ar 75%. It didn't hurt things too much but there was tip burn all over for the duration and i ended up moving the light up more. That was the vipraspectre 1500 2023 edition 150 watt, with 2 decent sized plants too. I should have left it at 75% and it would have carried me through.

Other than the lights, looks like you had a nice grow. Learning curves, We all have them bud so don't beat yourself up about it. Back the light off and let them finish up. Take your time and do a nice dry and cure so you have really nice bud. You have earned it.

That’s one hell of a light too, I follow a couple farmers here who are sporting that at the moment, it’s output is amazing at way lower settings than the earlier “p” series.

My previous light was the 1500 xs with the mean well driver and new Samsung diodes. This 2023 edition with lesser parts has uniform, powerful, output. Good upgrade, the 1500xs light spread was awful.

Other than the lights, looks like you had a nice grow. Learning curves, We all have them bud so don't beat yourself up about it. Back the light off and let them finish up. Take your time and do a nice dry and cure so you have really nice bud. You have earned it.

Thanks! It's actually seeded after finding a really choice wedding cake pheno that I wanted to keep so I reversed a branch and I'm hoping that it got good and seeded but it totally blows that you have to tear through all the buds just to find out lol. But gonna try and make some oil or something after the fact so it doesn't go to waste.

you shouldn't be running the light all the time, 18/6 is the sweet spot with autos

But wouldn't running a dark period then require MORE light during the day, and then I'd have to turn the light back up?

they will enjoy a certain amount of light per day. often referred to as DLI (daily light integral). essentially its the total number of usable photons over your canopy for the day. you can give them that over an 18 hour period or a 20 hour period or yes even over a 24 hour period however people much smarter than me have determined that they do benefit from a dark period. generally from what ive read and heard (ive never grown an autoflower) 500umol/m2/s over a 20 hour period is the ball park for an auto flower. obviously a bit of personal tweaking will apply for your specific strain / setup / environment

Used the photone app and put it to 500 and 20 hours....also trimmed off the dead bits and looks much better.
