The plant its not mine so I dont know about it,curious to know what is wrong with it?

Maybe leaf miners. Hard to tell from a picture.

Treat with spinosad. Treat plant for potential fungal infection. Preferably Sulphur based. Ifn im correct. Need close ups of leaf. And underside. With higher resolution if possible.

Hmmm so spinosad is better when we have fungy issue right?
Is it okey after 3 day applying benomyl, use some fpj ,ffj to plant or we have to wait?

Not sure. Copper, Sulphur, and canola treatments can't be mixed. Possibly other things also.
