Soil looks pretty wet for 50mL
Are you feeding? What soil?

Omg don’t give that nutes.
Every seedling is packed with everything it needs until veg. End of week three, @Stokes is on to the issue, you are overwatering.
And nutes at that. way too dark of a pigment. “N SURPLUS”
Also, light height?
Proximity to canopy?
Temp and rh?

Light height perfect, it’s the output. Seedlings only needl 10-% of most lights veg, 25%--40% never going over 40% all veg.
Temps and rh solid for that stage of life.

Peep the light height here
My lights weren’t even to 30% in the first pic
Peep the light heights in both veg room and flower, I never finish over 70% all grow.

Physically impossible for me to get 40% they only go up by 25s so I'd have to do 50 fr

Next time consider starting seedlings in a much smaller pot or red cup, it's much easier to control their environment that way

Nice setup! It is amazing how much difference the right light height and intensity can make.

Less is more,
25% is better here.
I’ve run a ton of brands and variations of lights.

It’s always easier to give thirsty plant water.
Than it is to feed a deficiency and try to figure how to dial the micro climate ?
