What K value MH should I use for veg.

I have A old MH I used from my reef tank. I have A three bulbs 6700K,10000K, and A 14000K. What would be best to use for veg. Let me know thanks Joe:cool0041:

6700k for veg the 10000 can be used last 2 weeks of bloom to increase resin production

So would i use my 400w HPS and the 150w 10K MH.
