What Kind Of Bug Is This?

I was watering, and i noticed these tiny little bugs getting pooled up in the water... Not sure if they are thrips, fungus gnat larvae, or springtails. This is the best pic i could get

Spring tails brother. Unless they bother u leave them be. No worries there. They should be hopping around. But all they are doing is processing organic matter. Rest easy bro.

Spring tails are harmless I think . However I couldn't make anything out in that pic . I have the same thing(wee things bouncing about the surface wen I water)if tnelz says harmless then harmless they are.
